JUNGGEUM

Junggeum has six Jigong and Chilsunggong at the bottom. It is similar to Daegeum, but there is no Cheon-gong, so it has less trembling, and it produces beautiful sounds. Junggeum used as a musical instrument for accompaniment to songs and dances from the Goryeo Dynasty. It was used for Yeongrheak or Pulryuumak during the Joseon dynasty but now not using anymore.
The Junggeum is made of old Hwangjuk with six Jigongs with one Chilsunggong, which does not use to play. Junggeum is smaller than Daegeum, and Jigongs are near to each other.

Junggeum plays its instruments the same way as Daegeum. Hold it vertically and put air inside the Chigu same way how western flute playing.
